How does the free trial work?

Text your web address to (623) 663-2590. We rebuild part of your site on a preview and text you the link. Then edit it by text as much as you want for 14 days. The only limit is an anti-abuse one, and normal use never hits it. No card, nothing to cancel. Join to go live.

I don't have a website. Can I still use this?Yes. Text a photo of your business card or flyer and we start from that. We build a page from what's on it and you take it from there by text.What happens after 14 days if I don't join?The preview expires and the link goes dark. Nothing was charged and nothing else happens. Come back later and text us; you can join anytime.

Changes

What counts as a change?One change is one update to your live site. However many texts and tweaks it takes to get it right, it still counts as one. Change the hours, swap the photo, and fix the typo? That's one change.What can you change?

Text and copy. Hours and prices. Photos, swapped or added. New pages. Menus. Testimonial cards. Call and email buttons. Headers and footers. Colors, styling, and fonts (any Google Font).

What can't you do yet?Booking and scheduling. Forms beyond call and email buttons. Online ordering and payments. Member logins. Video. When you ask for something we haven't built yet, we tell you straight, it goes on our list, and we'll tell you when it lands. Where there's a close stand-in, we build that instead and tell you what we did. You can always ask us to remove it.Can I ask questions without requesting a change?

Yes. Ask things like "what could I put on my site so customers can reach me?" and you'll get a real answer. For billing and account questions, email us at hello@stenzil.tech.

How fast are changes?Previews arrive any day, any hour. It goes live the moment you approve it. Weekends included.How do I approve a change?Look at the preview link we text you. Reply with just the rocket emoji 🚀 and it goes live. Anything unclear and we ask instead of guessing.

Price and billing

What does it cost?Stenzil is one plan, Unlimited: $99 a month at the founders' rate through September 30, then $129 for new signups, with unlimited changes. Founders keep their rate for as long as their subscription stays active.When am I billed?Monthly from your signup date, by card through Stripe, until you cancel.Is there a guarantee?Two. First, the never-broken guarantee: every change passes a machine check before it can publish, and if a change we publish ever breaks your site, we put it back the way it was. Second, a 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of your first charge, email us and we refund your first month in full. No conditions.

Your site, your stuff

Do I own my website?Your domain stays yours, registered in your name. Your content is yours. If you leave, you get a free copy of your whole site as static files, ready to host anywhere, available for 90 days after you cancel. No exit fee, no lock-in.How do I cancel?

Email hello@stenzil.tech, or use the billing portal linked in the Terms. Fulfilled the same day. Your card is not charged again and service runs through the period you already paid for.

What happens to my site if I cancel?Your live site stays up through the time you've already paid for. After that your address answers visitors with a short page saying the site is temporarily unavailable, and your domain stays yours to point elsewhere whenever you like. Your free copy of the site is available for 90 days after you cancel. Ask any time in that window.Who is actually making these changes?The AI does the work. The small print

Is Stenzil available outside the US?

US-only for now. Outside the US? Email your website, business card, or flyer to hello@stenzil.tech and we'll let you know when we reach you.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP and the texts stop. The words CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL all do the same thing, because your carrier treats them the same way. None of them cancels your subscription or stops your billing. They also pause editing by text, since we can't reply to you. To cancel, email hello@stenzil.tech. Reply START to turn texts back on.

Connecting your domain

How do I point my domain at my Stenzil site?Log in wherever you bought your domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Wix). Find DNS settings. Add an A record with host @ and the value we text you. Add a second A record with host www and the same value. If an A record for @ already exists, change its value instead of adding a new one. We spot the change and finish automatically, usually within minutes. Don't delete or change anything else, especially MX records. Those carry your email.
