Terms of ServiceEffective August 8, 2026 · Stenzil, a service of Bold Minds LLC, Phoenix, ArizonaStenzil builds, hosts, and updates your website through text messages. Operated by Bold Minds LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.The servicePlain-language website content changes, requested by text message, with a preview before anything goes public. The change goes live as soon as you approve it, so the timing of go-live is yours. Ask for anything. Content changes are covered. If it needs something we haven't built yet, we tell you straight, it goes on our list, and we'll tell you when it lands.Where a close stand-in exists, we build that and tell you what we did. We count visits to your live site without cookies or personal identifiers.The included rebuildRebuilding your current site is included. Unusually large or complex sites: we'll tell you before we start if yours needs a conversation.Your contentYou warrant that you own, or have the rights to use, the text, images, logos, and other material you give us for your site. We build with what you provide; we don't license stock content on your behalf. If you don't have rights to something, tell us and we'll work around it.If you leaveCancel and you take a full copy of your site with you. Ask and we hand over a free static export of your site as it stands. That's the actual pages and images, ready to host anywhere. Hosting ends when the period you've already paid for ends. Your export stays available for 90 days after cancellation. There is no exit charge and no lock-in.Price and billingStenzil is one plan, Unlimited: $99 per month at the founders' rate through September 30, 2026, then $129 per month for new subscriptions after that date, with unlimited plain-language content changes. Founders keep their rate for as long as their subscription stays active.A change is one update to your live site. However many tweaks it takes to get it right, it still counts as one.Billed monthly from your signup date, by card through Stripe, until you cancel. Your subscription starts when you complete Stripe checkout, and we confirm the terms by text or email at signup.Fair useYour plan includes unlimited change requests for your website. A change is a single update to your existing site. That covers text and copy, hours and prices, service areas, photos swapped or added, new pages, menus, testimonial cards, call and email buttons, headers and footers, and colors, styling and fonts. It also covers adding or removing a service listing and posting a review or job photo you send.You get a preview of every change before it goes live, and nothing publishes until you approve it. Because requests vary in size, we don't guarantee a completed count in any period.What's not included: things that aren't website changes (logo or graphic design, SEO or advertising services) and things the platform doesn't support yet (custom code, third-party integrations). If a request falls outside the plan, we tell you plainly and put it on our list. It never hurts to ask.One subscription covers one business and one website and may not be resold or shared.Included hosting and storage are for a working business website. We may set reasonable limits on storage, bandwidth, or usage, with notice, if a site's use is far outside normal.Price changesWe can change our regular prices with 30 days' notice by email. Your plan carries an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of your first charge, email support@stenzil.tech and we refund it in full, to your original payment method. No conditions. Either way, you take a full copy of your site with you.
CancellingCancel anytime by emailing support@stenzil.tech, or hello@stenzil.tech. Either one reaches us. It's fulfilled the same day: your card is not charged again, and service continues through the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate partial months already billed. See "If you leave" above for the free copy of your site you get on the way out.

Replying STOP to our texts stops them. The words CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL all do the same thing, because your carrier treats them the same way. None of them cancels your subscription and none of them stops your billing. They also pause editing, because changes are requested and approved by text and we cannot text you back. To cancel, use either route above. Reply START to turn texts back on.If a payment failsIf a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it stays unresolved, editing by text pauses as soon as payment is past due, with no grace period. Hosting continues through Stripe's retries and for seven days after the subscription ends. After that your address answers visitors with a short page saying the site is temporarily unavailable. Your domain stays yours throughout and you can point it elsewhere at any time. Your full-copy export stays available for 90 days from the lapse.The never-broken guaranteeEvery change must pass a machine check before it can be saved, which prevents a change from leaving a page that fails to display. "Broken" means a page that fails to render or display because of a change we published. If that ever happens, we put it back the way it was, as our first priority. The guarantee covers changes we publish; it doesn't cover outages of third-party services or changes made outside Stenzil.Acceptable useStenzil declines some work. We don't build or host sites for: adult or sexual content; anything illegal (drugs, fraud, counterfeit goods); weapons sales or promotion; hate or harassment of any person or group; malware, phishing, or deceptive links; impersonating a person or business; or publishing someone's private personal information. We may decline to build or host anything we're not comfortable with.The free trialTry it free: text us your web address and we rebuild part of your site on a preview site. Edit the preview by text. A daily limit applies to stop abuse, and normal use never reaches it. The preview lasts 14 days, then it expires unless you subscribe. Your live site is untouched the whole time, and nothing goes live unless you join. No card, no obligation.Previews are for reviewing changes. Serving, framing, or proxying preview content as your live site isn't allowed. Previews have a daily edit limit, and there's one free trial per website.Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, like lost profits or lost business.If we end serviceWe may end service if you break the acceptable use terms. We may also end service for any other reason with 30 days' notice. If we end it for any reason other than a breach of acceptable use, we refund the unused part of what you have paid. Either way you get the same full copy of your site and the same 90 days to download it.Changes to these termsWe may update these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed. If you keep using Stenzil after that date, the new terms apply. If you would rather not, cancel and we refund the unused part of the month.What we promise and what we don'tApart from the two guarantees on this page, Stenzil is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Putting your site back the way it was is the whole remedy under the never-broken guarantee.Your content stays yoursYou give us permission to store it, change it and publish it on your site, for as long as we run your site for you. That permission ends when your subscription does, apart from the copy we keep for your export.If your content causes a problemYou confirm you have the right to everything you send us. If someone claims otherwise and we are drawn into it, you cover the costs of dealing with it. We will tell you as soon as we hear anything, and we will not settle anything in your name without asking you first.TaxPrices do not include sales or transaction tax. If tax applies to your subscription we add it and show it separately, and we tell you before the first invoice that carries it.TextingStenzil works by text message. You give us permission to text you about your site, and message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency depends on how often you ask for changes. Replying STOP stops the texts; see Cancelling for what STOP does and does not do.Where we workStenzil is available in the United States. All prices are in US dollars.Who can agree to thisBy subscribing you confirm you are 18 or older and that you can act for the business this website belongs to.Using your site as an exampleWe may mention that you are a customer and show your public site as an example of our work. Tell us you would rather we didn't and we won't, at any time, no reason needed.UptimeWe aim for your site to be available at all times and we watch it. We do not promise a specific uptime figure. If your site is down, tell us and fixing it is the first thing we do.Your visitors' informationWhen someone fills in a form on your site we pass you what they typed, and we record the internet address the message came from so we can stop spam. We keep that for you, not for us, and we do not sell it or use it for anything else.The restIf any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms and the pages they link to are the whole agreement between us. You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else without asking us; we can transfer it if our business is sold, and we will tell you. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control.
