Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.Why we collect itTo provide the service: receive your requests, make the changes, send you previews and confirmations, and bill your subscription. We also keep records of signup consent and service delivery as required for compliance.If you use a contact form on a site we hostWhen you send a message through a contact form on a website Stenzil hosts, we receive what you typed, usually your name, email address and message, along with the network address the message came from. We pass it to the site's owner and keep a copy so it is not lost in transit. We use it only to deliver your message and to stop abuse of the form. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to you.
The site's owner decides what to do with your message and how long to keep it. Ask them first. If you cannot reach them, write to support@stenzil.tech and we will help.
Vercel filters form submissions for abuse on our behalf and sees the sending address as part of that.Text messaging dataMobile opt-in and text messaging data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.Who processes data for usStripe (payments and billing), Quo (text messaging), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI processing of your requests and site content), Capsule (our customer records), Vercel (content delivery and abuse filtering), Better Stack (system monitoring), and DigitalOcean (infrastructure and hosting). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies. We run no analytics and no tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own, so no consent banner is required.RetentionWe keep message and consent records while your subscription is active and for up to four years afterward, to meet record-keeping obligations. Trial preview content is deleted within about a month of the preview expiring. Ask us to delete data we're not required to keep and we will.Do Not TrackOur pages don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
